SENATE BILL NO. 223 An Act lowering the age requirement from                   
60 years to 55 years for purposes of senior housing programs; and              
repealing a provision relating to the interest rate on senior housing          
loans made by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation was read                  
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                
adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 2421.               
Senator Adams objected.                                                        
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be               
referred to the Finance Committee. Without objection, it was so                
ordered.
